My name is Donna Horn and I founded Inspiricity Consulting in 2008.

I work with businesses to help them to anchor process and culture changes deep into the organization. Outcomes include higher levels of productivity and performance.

I have a broad background that includes private and public sector experience. I understand challenges faced by any size of business, and devise solutions that can be implemented by the people who are the business.

I am based in Victoria, British Columbia.
